Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (Hawai‘i & U.S. Mainland): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Local Pickup (Honolulu): Available at checkout—free of charge. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready.

  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable, but we’re working to offer this soon! 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do everything we can to help you work with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos so we can assist you.
