I’m the founder and maker behind Jasmin Rose Co., a small family business born from motherhood, my Hawaiian roots, and the belief that what we use on our bodies matters.I’m of Native Hawaiian heritage, but I was raised on the mainland. In my twenties, I moved to Hawaiʻi to reconnect with a part of myself I had always felt drawn to...the land, the ocean, my ancestors, and family I had never had the opportunity to know. Hawaiʻi became home in a way I had been searching for my entire life.Years later, I became a mother and named Jasmin Rose Co. after my daughter. Like so many mothers, I found myself deep in the exhausting, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming reality of raising young children. I was constantly caring for everyone else and slowly realized how easy it is to lose yourself in the process.That season of life changed the way I viewed self-care. It didn’t need to be expensive, complicated, or take an entire day. Sometimes it was simply a quiet bath, a comforting scent, or a few peaceful minutes after the kids were asleep.Becoming a mother also made me much more conscious of the ingredients brought into our home. I use these products around my own family, so choosing gentle, thoughtfully selected ingredients and avoiding unnecessary harsh additives is deeply important to me. I want customers to feel confident knowing that every product is made with the same level of care I expect for my own children.Today, every Jasmin Rose Co. order is created and packed in small batches here in Hawaiʻi.
